A. Yes, we have a workshop at our premises which can diagnose faults, place
faulty parts or upgrade your PC.
Q. Will I be told how much a repair will cost?
A. Yes, we will always advice you of any costs before we replace or change
anything, our workshop charges start at £25.
Q. Can Haverhill PC Bureau offer on-site support?
A. Yes we offer on-site support to Commercial, education and domestic
customers, on Windows based operating systems.
Q. Does Haverhill PC Bureau offer a warranty on its work and parts?
A. Yes Parts are covered for a year unless the manufacturer states otherwise,
and labour is covered for 5 years to domestic customers or 1 year for
non-domestic customers on new PC's we supply.
Q. What does RTB on Haverhill PC Bureau's warranty stand for?
A. RTB means Return To Base, i.e. return the warranted items to our business
premises.
Q. Do you sell used or second hand parts?
A. No we never sell used or second hand parts, the cost of testing and warranty
out justifies the use of new parts or computers.
Q. Will I get a fully licenced computer, with CD's for Windows and hardware
drivers.
A. Yes you will always receive CD's and licence numbers for your computer, we
do not condone Illegal software copying and distribution If you suspect that
your software is not genuine, follow the instructions on the anti-piracy site

A. No
