Drivers can be found on our links section for manufacturer websites. These are all indicated on the HPCB website which allows customers to gain instant access to any available drivers including updates when required.
To ensure that our returns service runs efficiently at all times and to save customers unnecessary cost we recommend calling the Technical Support Dept. prior to returning faulty goods. Where goods are suspected faulty customers are advised to complete an RMA form (returned materials authorisation) via the link on this page, this will help enormously with the processing of the fault. Ensure the goods are securely packed and include any cables, manuals, drivers etc. Any goods purchased at our trade counter can be brought back to our premises where we will endeavour to resolve the problem while you wait. Please ensure you have proof of purchase in case we have to return any product to the manufacturer.
